III. Job Description
- Coordinate the implementation of the Ministry of Education–funded project and serve as the primary contact with the AI CUP project office.
Responsible for submitting regular progress reports, addressing project issues, managing required support items, and organizing inter-assistant exchange events related to the competition. - Carry out tasks assigned by the project’s principal investigator.
- Assist with administrative affairs of the Department of Information Management.
※ Actual work assignments may be adjusted based on operational needs.
IV. Qualifications
- Must not currently be a student.
- Must hold a bachelor’s degree or above from a domestic or internationally recognized institution (as recognized by the Ministry of Education).
- Preferred skills and traits:
- Able to work independently.
- High sense of responsibility and service orientation.
- Proficient in office software and administrative documentation.
- Experience in administrative work or in planning/organizing large-scale events or academic conferences is a plus.
V. Working Hours and Location
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30 (with ±30 minutes flexible schedule).
Total working hours: 40 hours per week. - Work location:
No. 151, University Road, Sanxia District, New Taipei City — National Taipei University, Sanxia Campus.
※ If weekend work is required for events, compensatory time off will be arranged.
VI. Salary and Benefits
Compensation will be based on the university’s “Salary Table for Full-Time Research Assistants”.
Labor insurance, health insurance, and pension contributions will be handled in accordance with university and national regulations.
- Starting salary: NT$36,300 per month (for first-year bachelor-level appointment).
VII. Employment Period
- Expected employment period:
November 10, 2025 – August 31, 2026 (ROC Year 114/115).
A three-month probationary period will apply.
Upon satisfactory evaluation, the employee will be formally appointed, with employment retroactive to the probation start date. - Applicants with relevant work experience will be given priority consideration.

X. Notes

held at National Taipei University, Sanxia Campus.

Non-selected candidates will not receive individual notification. - Selection results: One (1) primary hire and two (2) alternates.
Alternate eligibility will remain valid for three months after announcement (including cases where the hired candidate resigns within three months). - If the selected candidate fails to pass the probation period (three months),

- All other matters shall be handled in accordance with the university’s Personnel Employment Regulations.
