【About Junyi】
Junyi Academy is a non-profit organization dedicated to ensuring that “every child has the opportunity to become a lifelong learner.” It operates Taiwan’s largest online education platform for K–12 students. Over the past eleven years, it has accumulated more than 4.6 million registered users and supported nearly 25% of teachers and students in rural schools.
As a Junyi intern, you will have the opportunity to plan and execute projects under the guidance of a mentor, strengthen both your soft and hard skills needed in the workplace, and collaborate extensively with teammates from diverse backgrounds. Internship Details
- Internship Period: June 2024 – June 2025
- Working Hours: 32 hours/week during winter and summer breaks; 16 or 24 hours/week during the semester (depending on the position; remote or onsite negotiable)
- Compensation: Basic hourly wage NT$183, including labor and health insurance

Engage in corporate partnership projects, award proposals, and fundraising activities to understand how external relations function in a non-profit organization. Product Development Intern
Collect and analyze user data and feedback to better understand product features and market needs, develop marketing strategies, and promote products. Assist with financial and administrative tasks such as issuing receipts, maintaining online donor lists, and supporting organizational events (annual gatherings, intern activities, monthly Junyi Days). 2024–25 Marketing Intern (Brand Marketing)
Support brand strategy implementation through both online (e.g., social media) and offline (e.g., interviews, events) projects to enhance brand visibility. Participate in recruitment campaigns and social media management. Strengthen marketing skills, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
