Teaching Facilities
The library at the Taipei Campus of National Taipei University has reading rooms, a periodical room and reference library; the library houses the universityˇ¦s collections of books, periodicals government publication, statistical data, reports and electronic media (such as optical disks), etc. Currently, the library holds more than 270,000 books, over 200 Chinese-language periodicals, more than 900 English-language periodicals, over 600,000 reports, and more than 30 databases assessable via internet. These databases include business studies databases (including ABI, BPO, BSP etc.), social studies databases (including SSCI, MARS etc.), and various other databases (including databases of all periodicals and thesis published and written in Taiwan).
The Institute of Information Management has a comprehensive range of modern teaching equipment, including servers, PCs, printers, projectors, software etc. All computer equipments are to the Internet and internal and external teaching networks. National Taipei University has also established and ˇ§obstacle-freeˇ¨ wireless Internet access environment.
